Hoorah is all I can say. I didn’t believe when I started off this damp cold foggy morning that I would get through 20mins of constant running. And yet I did. Five weeks ago I struggled with the 8 x 1 mins. This program really does work. So if you are just embarking then persevere. I feel so much better.

Congratulations.
Keep nice and slow for the next run..........it catches many out.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran

Well done! Feels great doesn’t it. 👍
So glad to read this, I'm starting wk 5 and thinking 20 mins will be impossible

Congrats!
You've conquered the biggest psychological hurdle in the program, aside with W1R1.
NOTHING else in the remaining weeks should faze you now.
Crack on!
