Week 2 run 3 done and dusted phew! Those last two 90 second runs my legs felt like two bin liners full of porridge....🤪 What's helping is lovely Sarah Millican and finding energising songs at the right BPM which for me at the mo is 150 - 160. Such as

It's great to have energising music to run to. BUT, remember it is not obligatory to run at a given pace at this stage of the programme. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't keep in step to the beat. Just finish, and in one piece!
Woop go you week 2 done, just finished my run but was on treadmill as the place I normally run is a bit muddy rn 😂 the last runs always get you but you did it! Good luck for week 3
