hello all

Just finished run 3 of week 1, however today i changed it up a bit. my running speed was slower than my walking speed. This was to test my legs cramping, tbh they still did but not as much as on run 1 & 2. I think i will look at chi running to see if that would help my calves.

I’m no expert but maybe you need to warm up a bit more to prevent cramping ??

Well done on completing week 1.As for the cramping , are you doing the 'Dynamic' warm up excercises before your runs ?
