I did it!

Can’t quite believe it but I have just graduated! I started this journey back in November. I have repeated runs and whole weeks, had some fabulous highs and some lows but with some determination and the great advice and support I have found here, this overweight, 52 year menopausal ex smoker has just run for 30 minutes, 3 times in a week. I am overjoyed and very proud of myself!
