It's been a long time. I started C25K journey last August repeating weeks when I couldn't quite complete a particular run. Weeks 1 and 4 were probably the most difficult for me but I kept going.
I think this program is brilliant! My pace is very slow and I won't be making it to 5k in 30 mins yet. But I can run nonstop for 28 minutes! If I can do it, then anyone can!

Well done !!! 28 mins is fantastic and taking it slowly you can make it to 30 mins when you are ready. As previous comment says.... slow and steady wins the race!
