I don’t no why put I give up the will to run what with a ankle op a year ago that still give so much pain and a prolapse that needs sorting out I don’t no if a should run or no got the doctor moan at me to lower my blood pressure what can I do

Definitely check with a doctor whether you should run or not. The jiggling motion of running may not be good for your prolapse.
