Which run will I do?

So it’s me again, hoping that my friends on the forum will continue to be tolerant and forgiving. On 5 September I did W5R1 and for various reasons I haven’t run since that day. I woke up today and decided to get back into it rather than giving up altogether.

Which would be the best run to do today?

Nice that you are back running, see how it goes, if OK, start with run 1 of week 5, you don't need to go back any further, take the run slow and steady, good luck.

Start on W5R1 and see how it feels. Well done for getting ‘back in the saddle’ 😊

Definitely don't give up! I'd start with w5r1, but be kind to yourself; take it slowly, listen to your body and if it's not working go back a week.
