So I wasn’t going to post this time as I didn’t finish last time round... long story short - I’d just finished W6R1 last time...which was great and I was buzzing as the runs got much longer and I was doing it🤛much to my surprise!I must say.... and then I fell out the loft (please don’t 😂..my kids thought it was hilarious) I got in my loft to get some cloths for my daughter and the ladder broke..I landed badly and injured my head and my back - the back injury stopped my from jogging for about 8 weeks..I wasn’t 😊 I didn’t want to sit about so I started walking...to my surprise I absolutely love walking..lockdown 1 finished and I started going back to london for work and drifted got back into old habits, sandwiches for lunch beers after work..needless to say the exercise drifted away and I started to put the weight back on..cut to now lockdown 3 kicked in and I. Decided to start again, I’m writing this as I’m just about to go out on W4R2..the reason for the post is twofold,.1) I read through my replies from last time and recalled what great support this forum provides, and 2) to say to others don’t think about getting back out there just do it, if I can you certainly can too..anyway gotta go there’s a jog to do👍🏼..
