Don’t worry about being slow Mick197- it’s a gift! I’m the world’s slowest runner but as long as I’m running, that’s fine! The end of the plan gets you running non stop for 30 minutes - most people don’t get to 5k in that time - but it will come, never fear!
Well done, sounds like you are doing great. You’re not as slow as me. I’m on week 7 and still not doing 3k! Speed is really not important at this stage. It’s about increasing your stamina. You can start working on increasing speed when you’ve finished the programme, if that’s what you want. Good luck and happy running!
