For the final run I went back to my favoured route along the river, which was mostly clear of snow, and away from cars. But when I got back to my start point, which I'd estimated to be at 30 minutes, I was about 30 seconds early so I had to continue further towards home, which is uphill
Those final seconds were hard, and very slow, but I was determined to keep running, so in the end I did 30 minutes and 6 seconds!
However, I ran continuously for every single one of those minutes and seconds and feel very proud of my achievement!
