I am still surprised that I've managed it all, already, all the nine weeks, and still amazed how (relatively) easy such a great progress has been achieved.
Week 9 was the hardest for me so far, with the last two sessions requiring application of some willpower. Yet its now done and I'm grateful to the developers of the programme/software for giving me such a great chance to pick back up the great habit.
Special thanks to the administrator team and everyone on this forum for great support and inspiration!
