Have just done 2 consolidation runs .One yesterday 3.5km 30 mins and 4km 36.32 mins today. Today’s run a bit stoppy start as bits of ice on paths and still slippy . Thought would be a bit easier on route I usually go but not and had to backtrack a lot. You can’t get into a rhythm. Trying to go slower as to help stamina as getting out of breath at a faster pace I usually go. Going to try and aim for 8min/km to see if that helps, but still run for 30 mins, thereabouts.
Probably not get out much this week as weather forecast not good, especially Thursday.

Thanks have the link will write there. Hope your enjoying your running . Maybe not this week especially up here in Scotland think snow again end of week. U might be a bit luckier further south . Not a winter person especially when it comes to snow don’t mind the frost. I enjoy all your posts very interesting xx
Hope the weather clears so you can really enjoy your Consolidation. Just think this week is just getting miles under the belt. By February or earlier you can look to kick on (I'm doing Ju Ju's Magic Plan to 60 minutes but repeating most Weeks to be on the safe side!)
Yes I hope so. I prefer going out early morning as not many people about. I was looking at your other post about running 3.5 km 3.4 km what I am doing as well. I have done 5km at 39 mins but breathing wasn’t good so thought I would give consolation runs for a few weeks going slower and building it up, and eventually running for 60mins. Good luck
