Since graduating,I've run twice a week.
I noticed I was getting slower for my 30 mins.
This was because I was tackling hills I would have turned around to avoid during training,slowing down but not stopping.
Last night I took a left at top of hill,as I couldn't bear the thought of going up another slope.... ran the best part of a km downhill and did my first 5k in over 3 years in just under 38 mins.
Happy with both these .
