Well done. How many have you done?
Recognising I wasn’t going to get faster anytime soon I slowly “grew” one run each week by 10% and made the mythical 5k during this week.
Worth trying? One run goes 33-36-40-44 mins and over 4 weeks that’s enough for most to reach 5k.
Hi Jay, have only done 3 so far as life/works got in the way a little these last couple of weeks but back on it and loving it.
Not sure but thinking of staying at 30 mins for another couple of weeks then starting the bridge to 10K does that sound reasonable enough consolidation?

I’m still only hitting 4K 😬 but am seeing it’s slowly getting further on the tracker as I only hit 3.8 on graduation

I think the 10% increases will take me a while first before bridge to 10K but nice having little goals leading to bigger goals, we will get there 💪🏼
It’s hard trying to get to that 5k eh? I’ve made it to 4.3 miles but it’s taken me 39 mins , suppose got to have some patience. I’m using Garmin now for my timings was prev using runkeeper according to that was running a 5k in 34 mins - no way accurate....
