I went a different route today, as my usual route along the river is too snowy, and possibly blocked by fallen trees. This route was more hilly but the pavements were mostly clear of snow.
But I did it, I ran slightly more than the 28 minutes, with the final 200 metres up hill to return to my starting point and I still felt I could have continued.
So week 9 beckons, 3 runs of a full 30 minutes - I'm confident I can do it!
