I'm not sure if it's the knowing I've only got three runs left (definitely joining the bridge to 10k group after graduation), the heavy legs, change of route, the change in weather or whatever it was but I didn't feel my usual end of run joy today.
I guess we have runs like this and it is to be expected from time to time so I'm not going to dwell on it too much. I'll think happy thoughts and pick myself up knowing I've nearly finished this programme!!! I remember doubting myself weeks back prior to the 3 x 5 mins run and yet here I am just finished 3 x 28 and moving on to embrace 3 x 30 without any fear!! I will enjoy it and I know I will keep this up as I have grown to love something I never thought was ever possible!
Can't wait to embrace my first official 5k Parkrun once they re-open after lock down π

Almost time to graduate TallTeal2020, well done on completing week 8, not all runs are as good as others, you have done very well in getting to where you are now, good luck for your graduation run.
Heavy legs can be symptomatic of poor hydration. As a runner you need to drink a minimum of 2.5 -3 litres of fluid each and every day, running or not, as mentioned in the guide.
