Really enjoyed run 3 of week 9

I felt a bit meh today so decided to just have a walk with my husband this afternoon but by the time we got back I felt better and thought as I was already warmed up I would give it a go. Well what a surprise! i think that longer warm up really helped. I had no trouble getting going and my breathing was the best it's been on any run. Still very slow but I didn't care . It really lifted me up to complete the programme.

Thank you. This is the most running I've ever done, it's hard to believe how well this programme works. Husband is buying me some proper shoes so there's an incentive to keep it up!

Great stuff. Not sure anything longer than 15 minutes as a warm up walk is for me. But a 30 minute walk in the morning and a run in the evening sounds good. Pity we are not allowed to go to more than once to exercise. I suppose I could go to the big Lidl supermarket but the Co-Op is only 5 minutes away. I would save 20p. Alternatively I could go 15 miles away to the "local" Olympic Park....

I know what you mean, I was doing my runs in a park on my way home from dropping my husband at work but now he's been furloughed I have to do it from home- shame it means running on a cycle path next to the by pass! Still it's better than not getting out at all. Thanks for the encouragement you have given me, it's good to hear from others that have done it.

Congratulations Grandmarunning 👏🏻👏🏻🏅🥳🥳 it’s a lovely feeling to graduate. Speed isn’t important, it’s all about the stamina and running for 30 minutes is something to be proud of 👍
