Starting up again for 3rd lockdown

Not posted for quite a while and only managed to run occasionally past few months due to multiple setbacks but decided to start from scratch again to get out in this 3rd lockdown. So W1R1 done with no problems👍🏃😀

Welcome back! I may well be going back to the beginning too. It’s way too slippery for me at the moment. If I fall I’m likely to break something 😱 Let us know how you’re doing and If it’s easier this time round!

First run was no problem at all but just taking it steady and build up gradually. I've got back issues and can't afford to slip and slide either so ensure I'm running on a decent surface with plenty of grip and keeping an eye on the outside temperature and planning my comeback accordingly 🏃👍
