CR17 slow 30 minutes

3.35k - I think I'm still blowing away the cobwebs on the 11th Day of Christmas.

I will stick to 30 minutes on Wednesday and postpone my C25K +Speed Podcast for another week.

Mizzle, 4 degrees, a bit breezy. A normal Winter's run I guess.

Onwards and upwards.

Have you tried the speed podcast yet? It's not as scary as it sounds, one minute bursts at a faster pace are surprisingly manageable. And after 17 minutes of running you're done so ideal for those days when the weather is particularly grotty or you've less time.

Tried it last week. It was tough. I did not complete it. So I will try it next week after one more 30 minute run this week.
