And I managed to keep running for the full 25 minutes. There were a couple of times when I wanted to stop but I was determined to keep going and I'm so happy that I did. I feel it's a big achievement, and the goal of running for 30 minutes now seems to be within reach. I should finish the program by the end of January.
W7 starts tomorrow - I'll run the same route as I did for this run, as it will be interesting to compare results.
