Being by the coast the wind is strong so I knew this was going to be a challenge and it was!
At 12.5 minutes running I had turned into wind and that was tough. My music started “keep on running.. keep on running 🏃♀️ etc “ yes yes yes I hear you.. so I did as I was told. Just got on with it and the next thing is Michael saying only 5 minutes to go.. amazing.. then he said up the pace for the last minute so I did and yippee it was done.
I did it! I’m a runner! Michael said so, so it must be true 😁🤣🤣🤣

Yeeeaaa! Well done, so am I, but sadly failed to hear Jo Wiley tell me so. And against a head wind too - the next 25 mins will be a doddle if you managed today. 👍👍😄😄😁🏃♀️🏃♀️🌬
Well done you for getting out there. At least it was dry for me! Our water system is broken so had to resort to kettles... I envy your shower 😉. Roll on new tank next week!
Thank you 👏👏. I was really pleased as at the half way point I was flagging and home seemed a looong way away. Its funny how ones stamina kicks in and it just comes together. I look at you good folk ahead of me and I’m thankful that I don’t have a Brian to contend with 🤣👍
I love your confidence! It does feel great and as you say only 5 more minutes to 30 mins! The wind was tough and I kept thinking of the Tour de France cyclists finding headwind tough too 😀
