So thanks to everyone that replied to me over the weekend, I just walked through my front door and did my first run. It wasn't easy, but I did the whole thing and that's enough for me. I didn't give a hoot what I looked like....just kept my head up and cracked on. I actually think I might do this 🤔 😅 Thanks all. ...you are amazing 👏
