Nice bright morning but thick frost. Made my mind up last night I was going to run had to take it slow worried in case I hit an Ice patch. Even though I took it slow it still took it out of me pleased it’s done and dusted. Still had Michael Johnson whispering in my ear I found that helpful rather than just running to music.
