Slow but succeeding!!

Finished C25K early Sept. Didn't hit the 5k in 30 mins but ran all 30 mins.

Rocked up to parkrun this morning in order to push to 5k - managed to run the whole way - very slow but made it through and didn't come last!! (I know it doesn't matter but it sort of does for confidence!)

C25K great app, thanks Sanjeev for the 'support'! Very well structured and the first time in my life I've got to 5k. So yay! Chuffed with the fact I started this journey!

Good luck to all wherever you are in the process xxx

Fantastic on your first 5K and parkrun!!

I've yet to get to a parkrun (son has rugby on Saturday morning) but only managed 5K past graduation too!

Onwards & upwards! 🎉🏃🎉🏃

I'm just aiming to keep it up, 2/3 runs a week. Hope your journey goes well, we've come this far!!

Still need to lose a bit of weight though, didn't shrink to size 8/10, sduring the training sadly!! Stuck at a 12 and only 5'2" X

I've struggled a little since graduation, but today's run seems to have renewed my mojo, so hopefully it will continue!

The weight loss might never come (as your body changes to muscle) but your body shape will change with time!

Good luck & don't forget your graduate 👨‍🎓 badge.

I can't link it, but look for the September graduation post, add your name in the comment & they give you your shiny badge not long after.

Yup...second that, I’ve actually gained weight but have definitely toned up!
