I thought I was done for 2020 as the weather was awful yesterday. But hey, no work today. Looked out of the window and the snow had thawed! I’m sure it did it especially for me... so of course I had to do my final run of 2020.
So what would be a goal? I had managed my first continuous 5k on a treadmill on the 19th, so with such auspicious conditions I decided to try to run 5k outside to finish the year.. so I did it! Part C. 5 k outside 47mins 48 secs.
Noted the pace was not much quicker than the first time I covered 5k with 2 mins walking in the middle. I think my 3-4 k pace is super Slow!! However I’m very happy.
