..... completed this morning! Really enjoyed it! This C25K is an amazing thing! It’s amazing how quick you improve. So anyone reading this, who has just started, it really really does work! My only regret is I didn’t start it ages ago!

Hope everyone had a good Christmas! I got one of those arm phone holders, so felt like a proper runner this morning! And when did I ever think I could pull off a ludicrously yellow top? And feel proud wearing it! Roll on week 9!

I also have a fluorescent yellow top. I don't care what anyone thinks. But from the reactions I get, it seems that people are duped into thinking I'm a proper runner. 😉

And it is great when you get to the ‘I don’t care’ stage! One of the great moments of C2, is that moment when you KNOW that what you’re doing is right for you , and what other people think doesn’t matter! That moment is very liberating! And also the moment you’re wardrobe can go from neutral to ‘ I wonder if they’ve got this in a brighter green?’ 😆

I too have the most revolting hi vis gilet thing! And if you’d told me a while back I’d be wearing it, would have laughed out loud. And yes, I think it’s fooled some people into thinking I actually know what I’m doing 😀.

I quite like the super bright clothing! I was out running the other day, said hello to a neighbour who was out walking the dog, and she said “ sorry, didn’t realise it was you, all I saw was a vision in yellow!”
