Life took over and haven't really had time to post on here. I see a lot of the people who graduated around the same time as me have moved on really well doing up to 10k - well done you guys.
I have continued to run 3 times a week. I'm back on the treadmill for 2 of the runs rather than outside, more for my own piece of mind . Today I did a warm up walk of about .5k then started the Garmin and shuffled 5k 🐌🐌🐌 . This is the first time I've ran the whole 5k rather than including the warm up walk, so well happy.
Due to COVID 19 I'm on my own for Christmas which doesn't bother me. We decided as I'm in the vulnerable category it would be better and safer to wait.
Please stay safe everyone.

I wondered where you had got to, glad your ok.I’m the same, I’m running 2/3 times a week and ran my first full 5k on Tuesday. Some folk have done really well. (You know who you are.... Peter) Maybe one day I’ll get to run 10k, but for now, I’m happy I can run 5k.
Hi shuffle, good to hear your still running, inside/outside, although with the weather, especialy yesterday 🌧 your better of inside! 🤣 i dont think it matters how far we're running, as long as it's still enjoyable, that's what counts! ☺Hope you have a nice christmas, even with all the restrictions! 🎄🎅🎄
Well, roast chicken is my favourite, i'm not the best cook, just muddle through, my son is doing our xmas dinner, only time he cooks for us all year!!! 🤣
