Just completed Week 9 Run 2. Managed 3.2Km this evening. Slightly less than my previous run. Hoping I will go a bit further on my graduation run.

Exactly! My breathing seems ok now, although there is no chance of any talking while running. However my legs are like lead most of the time!

Christmas Eve or Christmas Day graduation?

Hi Rennur. It will be Christmas Eve. I shifted my last week's runs forward a day. Due to personal circumstances I wasn't going to be able to do Christmas day. Now I am in tier 4 (South London/Surrey border) I can't go anywhere, so I could now do Christmas day, but I will leave my plan as is.

I'm South London too - inner and outer London borders! I am taking 3 days off after my Christmas Eve run and will enjoy Christmas with the family and support bubble sister in law. Mother in law will be alone in Devon. Unfortunately she has dementia, and sadly will not remember she was due to visit us. Will have to visit my Mum and sister at Easter (I hope we are 'free' ish by then.)

I hope it is better by then as well! My business is aviation and it is suffering! I am in Sutton so probably not far from you. I am not able to visit my dad at Christmas. He lives on his own, is 86 and has just come out of hospital after a 3 week visit!
