Running naked in the daylight! CR10

Have never been one to use technology on a run but only found it recently it’s referred to as running naked! Made me chuckle.

CR10 was a victory for me for two reasons:

The first time I’ve run in daylight (normally far too embarrassed for that)

The first trail run I’ve ever done (ordinarily a road/treadmill runner).

Did a lovely 5k around a National Trust estate which even had some hills! (Although Northerners would know them as speed bumps!)

Have walked there before and seen runners and always wished I was ‘one of them’ and now I am! Hurrah!
