Got back out again

So finally 11 days after my last run I finally got back out there. Just not feeling the urge or need to be out there regularly in the dark, cold and damp. So a slower than normal 5k but still managed under 30 mins just by 3 seconds. So close now to my 2nd anniversary of starting C25K on those cold dark January evenings. Strava feed full of people running every day sure if I tried that I would be injured more than I would be running. I hope every one is staying healthy and getting out there when they can.

Well done on getting out, as you say it's not very inviting to go out on Winter days.Running the elusive 5k in 30 mins, is a real achievement, and you have obviously been dedicated to keep on going for 2 years. If I could do a 30 min 5k, I'd be delighted as I'm running consolidation runs regularly, but can't do less that 44 mins.

Thank you for sharing your story, I hope in time I'm also sharing the distance!

Best wishes ☺️
