So at the start of week 4, I thought I might repeat that week, but then run 3 went really well! I didn’t find it as hard as the first two runs and I even had the energy to run a little bit faster! Which made me decide to have a crack at week 5.
So week 5 run 1 was actually pretty hard 😂 I was surprised by how hard I found it given that the difference between week 4 and this run didn’t seem too huge. There was a moment where I wasn’t sure if I could do it, but I pushed on and I did it! Sarah said that the runs in week 5 are all different, so I’m definitely not ready for run 2 yet! I want to be able to do run 1 a little bit more comfortably before I move forward. But that’s okay! I’m not in a rush! I’m looking forward to giving it another bash and hopefully seeing some improvement 😊
