Wk9 R3 done . Just finished my run and feel great. After struggling on run 2 I took peoples advice and started slowly and built up speed. Honestly after 30mins I still felt fine and could’ve ran further but didn’t,but will start and try to run for longer gradually. Thanks to all the people who’ve gave advice and encouragement.
