Pleased to have finished week 9. I actually cheated and ran for 32 minutes and completed 4.9k, so it gives me a base to work on. I'd like to get the time down to the 30 minute mark for 5km, so intend doing week 9 a few more times, and may also extend the run a bit to build up stamina. Ultimately I'd like to do 10k and so may get one of the apps to bridge to 10k. Any tips on improving pace, or ways to build to 10k would be welcome!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾 👍To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked December Healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍
Try Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan if you want to run a 10K, but before that you could do the C25K + Stepping Stones podcasts with Laura which are pace, speed and stamina.
Many congratulations on your graduation, fellow runner.

Keep running, keep smiling.
Well done! I have one run left... can't believe it. Really excited to know what's next... and give myself another challenge. I was browsing on the Great North Run website. They have written programmes to move from 5-10km, up to half then full marathon. Could be worth comparing to other training guides you find. Good luck
