I have finished!! Week 9 run 3 🥳

Can’t believe I have completed c25k !! I dont think ive started something and properly seen it through to the end since playing Pokemon in 1998😂 I am so proud of myself! For me, it was more like couch to 4 and a bit K haha but this is good because I now have 5k to aim for 😉

Actually I really enjoy running now, I am going to keep at it and keep improving! My fitness really has improved so much in such a short time, I could not have seen a few weeks ago I would be able to run a straight 30 minutes. And now I can go finally shopping for some new running gear...Can’t wait!

Well done to everybody who finished this and good luck to everybody else doing it! It has been so fun. Have a lovely weekend everyone! 🥳
