Just completed my wk2 but struggled today, I was fine on the first two runs but found it hard today! Weekend rest now then into wk3 on Monday 🙈

Well done.If you struggle on any run, just slow down.
Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
Slowing down to the recommended easy conversational pace makes it more achievable and for most, more enjoyable.
Good luck Islaevie20 - I'm at the same stage as you, I also found the 3rd run of W2 hard. I plan to begin W3 on Sunday.
Hi, have you done w3r1 now? I’ve just done it and knew it would be harder but I managed it! I realise I need to put my knee support on now as I’m quite heavy on my feet and it’s getting painful now!

Hi, Well done for doing W3R1! I did it yesterday morning - I listened to Laura and made sure I didn't go too fast, and found it slightly easier than I expected!
Sometimes you just have to tell yourself now and again to slow down while you are on your run. Especially at the beginning.
