CR1 and CR2

Did CR1 on Saturday, first time with a running buddy, my younger son came with me. He’s 22 and fit but he went at my speed! No music, just chat and he kept an eye on the time. 32 minutes to do a 4K loop. It’s a coincidence it’s 4K...it’s just a nice quiet circular route by the river. I perhaps should have stopped when he said 30 minutes but I felt good so finished the loop.

CR2 today and I did the same loop in reverse, on my own, with my music and it took 33 minutes.

I’m still finding it hard to believe that I’m capable of jogging for that length of time!

Very happy!!!
