Wahay, week 4 run 1 in the bag!

So I got to week 4 run 1, quite a jump in times but I didn't struggle as much as expected, and the shin pain has pretty much disappeared, no other real aches or pains except the knees do feel a teeny bit sore..

Looking forward to the next run but I may have to switch from morning to evening runs, oh well as long as I get the runs in...

It’s very common to get knee pain early on in the programme. Hopefully it’ll go. I needed ibuprofen for a week or so. Well done on your progress 💪🏽

Yes I had a bit of knee pain early on but it's eased off now. I did have my gait checked and bought some shoes with more support and this seems to have helped.
