Never thought I would be writing this when I started by couch to 5k. I was superb at the couch part of the journey and couldn’t run for a minute. Now after circa 7 months of challenges and most importantly enjoyment I have ran 100km in one month, with a day to spare. Good luck on your journey and keep going, you will achieve what you want

Magnificent achievement, it's a great benchmark to go on to bigger and better things EngFan, since you've left that couch perhaps the below is for you 🙂

Fantastic! It's amazing what we can achieve once we start to believe we CAN do stuff! 👍🏻😁
Absolutely, I’m starting to wonder what more is possible. I am sure lots but key for me will be the enjoyment and the fantastic associated health/well being benefits

Well done. I have mastered the couch bit as well but I am no where near 100Km in a month or even 2 months!
