Curse of the stitch strikes again!

Currently on W7R3, to be honest I've been on this run for a few weeks now, having a bit of a lack of motivation moment 😕.

My last couple of runs I've been experiencing at stitch in the same spot only a couple of minutes in, today it started 2 minutes in but I managed 20 minutes at a snail's pace then had to walk the rest of it. Really getting cheesed off with it.

My motivation is not helped by running on a dodgy treadmill that has a mind of it's own but can't get outside for a run because of 2 little people to look after. Sigh.....
