I completed w3r1 this morning, first run horrible, runs after not too bad! This will be my 3rd attempt at c25k, get to week 6 and then I don’t know what happens!! I just stop, any advice to stop this would be greatly appreciated 😀

So what's the issue with week 6 Edgey72, your over 1/2 way in and getting into those nice single runs and it's not that different from week 5? Have you tried a different route keep the running fresh and mixed up, the same route can become a little bit samish!
I really don’t know why it happens, will try different routes this time though
