Well done MumOnTheEdge you've started an addicting hobby, as for hints and tips I'd suggest definitely simply peruse the forums there's so much info, advice on everything from stretches to clothing and the mistakes we've all made etc and more ๐ good luck and see you on week 9 ๐ฅณ
