Just thought I would say hi. I am fairly new to couch to 5k but I am addicted already. I never in a million years thought I would/could run, let alone enjoy it! Yet here I am 🀣✌ any tips please send my way xx

Well done MumOnTheEdge you've started an addicting hobby, as for hints and tips I'd suggest definitely simply peruse the forums there's so much info, advice on everything from stretches to clothing and the mistakes we've all made etc and more πŸ‘ good luck and see you on week 9 πŸ₯³

It is amazing, I'm also on W3Day2. I have to take a week off for unrelated injury but I hope to catch up to you soon after. I don't want to lose the momentum.
