Congratulations on completing runs 1 and 2 of week 1 of C25K, I hope you are enjoying your running, onwards and upwards to run 3 of week 1, take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water the day before you run and some before you run, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury.
Congrats! Especially in this weather (assuming you are in the northern hemisphere) it might take a bit of persuasion each time. But trust me, after every run you'll be happy you did it ๐ Go slow and you'll succeed!
I completed week 1, day 2 yesterday. Canโt believe Iโm actually giving it a go. But never say never. So chuffed that I donโt ache too much today. Actually looking forward to tomorrow.
