Hello and welcome!

Well done for making a start. It's a fantastic programme and you will feel the benefits within a couple of weeks.

I used to think I was too busy to fit in exercise but we can all manage 35mins a few times a week. Now I love it and will do everything I have to to make sure I don't miss my runs!

Enjoy your progress, you can do this 👍😁

Welcome and well done on getting started.

Most of us wondered how we would fit the running into our lives, but once the the bug bites there is rarely a problem.

Thank you all for the encouragement, really appreciated.

Did W1R2 yesterday and felt really good.

Thought it was a little short when ended and was tempted to do more but I remember the recommendation to take it easy to start with and I did..

Looking forward to W1 R3 😁

Cheers everyone
