Well done for making a start. It's a fantastic programme and you will feel the benefits within a couple of weeks.
I used to think I was too busy to fit in exercise but we can all manage 35mins a few times a week. Now I love it and will do everything I have to to make sure I don't miss my runs!

Slow and steady as you go
You will amaze yourself with where this journey leads you. And somehow you will you make time... warning though, you will fall in love and get addicted!! (Which is a great feeling!) Enjoy every moment and take it slow and steady; Oldfloss and IannodaTruffe give good advice so best follow it!! Xxx

Did W1R2 yesterday and felt really good.
Thought it was a little short when ended and was tempted to do more but I remember the recommendation to take it easy to start with and I did..
