I finally graduated on Sunday with a run with hubby in Regents Park. Great feeling to have finished W9 r3, especially after getting a back injury when I got to W8 r3 back in September. I had to go back to week 4 and repeat everything I'd already done, in some cases more than once, but I got there in the end. Didn't manage 5k in 30 minutes but just happy to be running for that time. I'm someone who hated running until this programme.

Congratulations on graduating from C25K on Sunday with your husband, you don't need to run 5K to graduate but should be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾 🎓

Good stuff to keep going, I had a twisty path to graduation too, but so, so good to get there, 30 minutes of non stop running like wow , looking at this from the beginning of the year!
