Weather was just perfect for running yesterday. I prefer dry and slightly colder conditions as I get so hot so quickly as I run. I managed a 5k in 38 mins - mostly running with a bit of walking. My lovely hubby cycled alongside me (he’s not keen on running) to encourage me. It was a hard week for both of us but getting out in the fresh air really helped us. Here’s hoping for a less stressful week, have a good one all.

Good run for you Mands50, you running and your husband on his bike, very good, I have cycled since I was 7 but only took up running with C25K in April 2018 just before I was 72, there is a difference in running and cycling, you should ask your husband to try running with you, who knows he might like it.
