That's not bad. I am still looking forward to 4k. Clearly it is those 5 more years under my belt that made me slower than you, and not my 57 years of dubious lifestyle choices.
Good work and not bad at all. Does it help with your asthma? I hope so. I personally have noticed improvements to my cardio fitness. Either way it is a great achievement and worthy of celebration.
Hi BIGK9 my running has improved my breathing and I rarely wheeze now, my Peak Flow Meter readings has improved a few digits and I haven't use the 'Blue' since August so I am well pleased. I hope that helps.
Huge congratulations Fazwaz, a mega result Graduate🏆🏆. And what a high to finish on 4.16k 😁😁😁. Buzz🐝🐝🐝🐝 away...you've earned this. All the best. 🦌🐌🐢🏃♀️🙋
