Cat was Alfie a bit of a dads favourite who sadly let curiosity get the better of him but two years plus I never go a day without thinking of him and he’s a lot better looking than his dad 😳🙈😂 thanks for the link I’ll check it out 👍🏼

Yes it might not seem like much but what it represents for someone who hadn’t done any real running since quitting football 17 years ago it’s great and the beginning of running every other day to stay fit and eventually hit that 5k 🤞🏻
