Hi I’m new to this site. I started couch to 5k a few months ago, running on grass but after 4 weeks my back started hurting. I want to start again and wondered if you have any tips? (I’m 60+) thanks

Welcome to the forum and well done on your decision.Runners need good core strength, so working on that will help.

This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

and includes advice on minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Enjoy your journey.
