Hi all

I’m Helen 32 years old Mum to 2 boys.

Just started my couch to 5k

Currently on 2nd week just done my 2nd session of week.

So proud of myself for starting!

Well done! I’m 33 and also a mum of two (girls in this house though!) and just finished week 5. It’s a great plan and I’m really finding that running is helping me stay sane especially through the hard parenting days (and terrible nights!) Good luck for the rest of the plan 👍
