Hi. I’m 54 and never run before. I’ve just done week 2 run 2 and I’m really proud of myself. I actually do feel fitter than 2 weeks ago and it’s been easier than I thought even though it is tough. But it’s achievable. I think....!

I am 58 & haven't run before either & am wowed by the program and all the encouragement and information from everybody on this forum.
