Hi. I’m 54 and never run before. I’ve just done week 2 run 2 and I’m really proud of myself. I actually do feel fitter than 2 weeks ago and it’s been easier than I thought even though it is tough. But it’s achievable. I think....!

It most certainly is achievable- well done you!

I am 58 & haven't run before either & am wowed by the program and all the encouragement and information from everybody on this forum.

Well done. you can do it! It will get easier. the first weeks are the hardest for most of us.
